Website file management is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend that you make frequent backups of all site files. U.S. NetworX is not responsible for files lost or damaged. Our disaster recovery backups are intended for use in the event of system failures and are not intended to be accessed to restore files to individual sites. In certain emergency situations, if requested by a customer, we will attempt to recover specific site files. A minimum fee of $50 will be assessed and we cannot guarantee that the files contained in our disaster recovery backups will be the most current versions for a given site.
